Once delivered to the player ID you provide, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed.

We do not offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • ✅ If the user’s account is banned, restricted, or suspended by the game developer.

  • ✅ If delays are caused by game server maintenance, third-party issues, or network errors beyond our control.

✅ 3. When Refunds Are Possible

Although rare, refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • 💳 The payment was deducted but no order was received or processed.

  • 🔄 The product you purchased is permanently unavailable and cannot be delivered.

If you qualify for a refund under these conditions, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
