Once delivered to the player ID you provide, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed.

We do not offer refunds under these circumstances:

✅ 3. When Refunds Are Possible

Although rare, refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • 💳 The payment was deducted but no order was received or processed.

  • 🔄 The product you purchased is permanently unavailable and cannot be delivered.
